Terms of use
Updated October 15, 2026
These terms cover the BingoMint editor, templates, downloads and local caller. Account registration is not required.
Using the free tools
You may use the editor and included templates to create and print cards for your activities. Choose suitable words, images, game rules and paper layouts for the people taking part. The website provides digital files and local tools; it does not supply physical cards or run your activity.
One-time print purchases
A purchase provides one fixed batch of printable cards, generated from the content and print settings you confirm at checkout. It is not a subscription or a permanent upgrade to an account. Each new batch is a separate purchase.
- 100 cards for $10.00 USD
- 200 cards for $20.00 USD
- 500 cards for $50.00 USD
- 1000 cards for $100.00 USD
Check your card content, images, supported characters and print settings before paying. PayPal handles payment details. BingoMint confirms the payment before making the batch available; a pending or failed payment does not grant download access.
Delivery and download access
Your order page generates the PDF in your browser. Checkout shows the number of days you can download the same batch again, and the paid order shows its deadline. Save the PDF to keep printing it after online access ends; repeat downloads during the access period contain the same fixed batch.
A delivery email is optional. When supplied, it is used for a private order-access link and recovery. Email links expire after 30 minutes and can be exchanged once; an expired link can be requested again using the original delivery email while the order remains eligible. Without an email, save your PDF and private order link. The public order reference alone cannot restore access on another device.
Payment problems and refund requests
If payment succeeds but a download or email fails, retry the original order. Do not pay again to fix delivery. For an unresolved problem or a refund request, contact the support address on the Help page with your order reference. Refund requests require review; an email request does not automatically issue a refund.
A refund, reversal or payment dispute can suspend further downloads. Downloaded files remain on your device and cannot be recalled. These terms do not limit any applicable statutory consumer rights.
Content you add
Add text, images and other material you created or have permission to use. Using this editor does not give you rights to someone else’s material. Do not use it to share unlawful content, expose someone’s private information without permission, or interfere with the website.
Your uploaded images are processed locally in the free editor. You decide what to include in cards and what files or editing links to share. A person who receives an editable backup or link can read its included content.
Backups and finished outputs
Browser storage is not a guaranteed backup service. Download an editable JSON copy before clearing site data or changing devices. A PDF is a finished output and cannot restore an editable draft. Check a test page before printing a full batch; fonts, content length, paper settings and printer margins can affect the result.
Hosting your game
Explain the winning pattern and how ties are handled before playing. Check paper cards and real-world tasks yourself before confirming winners. Different arrangements can win on the same call. The local caller supports the displayed patterns; it does not independently verify physical activity, operate a shared online room or guarantee a single winner.
Changes and optional services
The available tools and these terms may be updated as the website changes. Keep downloaded files for work you want to retain. The quantity, price and access period recorded for an existing order are not changed by a later product update. Any future account or cloud-storage service will need its own visible data and retention information before use.
Questions and privacy
See Help & FAQ for instructions and the available support contact. Privacy & local saving explains browser records, shared links and website requests.
