How to print bingo cards
Export a PDF sized for your actual paper. A quick test print helps catch paper mismatches, small text and printer margins before you use paper for the whole group.
Choose paper and cards per page
In Print, choose Letter, Legal, A5, A4, A3 or A2. Then select one, two or four cards per page. A4 is 210 × 297 mm; US Letter is approximately 216 × 279 mm. They are different shapes, so choose the size you will put in the printer. The paper preview follows the chosen layout; its optional 10 mm grid is a guide and is not printed.
- Finish Setup and Design, set the card count, then Generate to freeze the batch.
- Select paper, cards per page, card numbers, caller checklist and instructions as needed.
- Use Export PDF for the complete batch. Share → Preview PDF exports a sample, not the complete group’s cards.
Print one page at actual size
Open the downloaded PDF in a PDF viewer. Select the same paper size, portrait orientation and 100% or Actual size. Print one page first and check the edges and text. If your printer cannot print to the page edge, use a layout with margins or deliberately fit the page within its printable area. Borderless Letter output requires a printer that supports borderless printing.
Use less ink and keep cards readable
Low ink hides decorative backgrounds while keeping words and numbers. Prefer fewer cards per page when your group needs larger type or more writing space. Shorten long phrases, check contrast and inspect the PDF before printing. For image cards, make sure important content is visible in the preview and not cropped by the selected shape.
Understand the page count
Card pages depend on the batch size and cards per page. A caller checklist or instruction sheet can add more pages. Ten cards at two per page use five card pages, plus any selected extra sheets. Added-card downloads contain only the newly added cards and keep their original card numbers; Export PDF downloads the complete batch.
Keep a PDF and an editable backup
A PDF preserves the finished print output. An editable JSON backup preserves your draft and can include images, frozen batches and saved outputs. A PDF cannot restore an editable draft. Keep the backup somewhere you control before clearing browser data or moving to another device. To reprint the same arrangements, download a saved output instead of using Shuffle.
Common questions
Why are the edges clipped?
Check that the PDF paper size matches the printer setting. Many printers have unprintable margins. Try a layout with margins, or a supported fit setting after checking one page.
Why can’t I export a changed card?
Content changes need a new generated batch before the complete PDF can be exported. Design changes preserve arrangements. Fix any reported font or content error before retrying.
Does BingoMint print or ship physical cards?
No. It creates downloadable files. You print them yourself or give the PDF to a printing service.
