Your cards stay in your browser

The free editor prepares uploads, generates cards and creates PDFs in your browser. Drafts, saved copies, frozen outputs and local caller games are stored on this device using browser storage. Using these tools does not automatically upload your card contents or pictures to our server.

Local saving is not a cloud backup. Clearing site data, using private browsing, losing a device or browser storage cleanup can remove your work. Download an editable JSON backup and keep it somewhere you control.

Paid order delivery and retention

Checkout sends a fixed copy of your cards and images to our private order database. The delivery email is optional and is used only for order access and recovery. PayPal handles payment details; BingoMint does not store card numbers or PayPal passwords.

The download deadline is shown before purchase and on your order. Maintenance can remove settled order contents 30 days after that deadline. Uncertain or disputed orders are kept for review. Order, email and transaction records remain for support and reconciliation; database backup retention is managed separately. Save your PDF and editable backup for your own future use.

Authorized support staff can view order status and delivery records after Google sign-in and authenticator verification. Access is logged; this support view cannot charge, refund or issue download links.

Sharing and downloaded files

A shared editing link contains the current draft in its URL fragment. Anyone with that link can read and edit the included contents. Backups can include images, card batches and output history; only share them with people you intend to receive that information. Downloaded PDFs, pictures and backups remain wherever you save them.

Website requests

Your browser requests pages, fonts, icons and public gallery files from the website. The hosting provider receives normal connection information, including IP address and request details, to serve and protect the site. The free release does not include advertising. Public gallery choices are copied into your card so backups do not depend on the gallery remaining online.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics measures public page visits, card generation, PDF preparation and browser and device information. By default, it sends measurements without reading or writing Analytics cookies. There is no cookie popup. Analytics cookies are enabled only if you allow them below or previously allowed them. Operation events include only the card mode, such as custom or 90-ball; a prepared PDF does not prove the file was saved or printed. We configure page addresses without query parameters or URL fragments and use public page titles, rather than card titles. We do not add card contents, uploaded pictures, backups or account and order details to analytics events. Analytics is disabled on caller, player, print, library, account, checkout, order and unknown pages.

Ahrefs Web Analytics

Ahrefs Web Analytics uses its official script in the page head to measure public page visits, referrers, browser and device information, link clicks and form submissions without cookies. Page addresses are configured without query parameters or URL fragments. Private and unknown pages are excluded, and player sharing links are opened without link-click tracking. Your Google Analytics preference

You can turn Google Analytics off below. A previous refusal is still respected. Choosing a preference saves a first-party preference cookie for one year. Turning Google Analytics off stops future Google measurement in this browser; it does not disable cookie-free Ahrefs Web Analytics or delete data already received or existing Analytics cookies. You can remove cookies through your browser’s site data settings. Your choice does not affect card editing, local saving or printing.

Optional services

Account storage and purchases are disabled in the free release. If those services are enabled later, their screens must explain what is sent to the service and the applicable retention and purchase terms before use. The local editor does not automatically create an account or place an order.

Hosting provider

Cloudflare hosts this release and processes connection information to deliver and protect the website. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of that information. Card content saved locally is separate from hosting request data.

Managing your data

Use the editor’s clear, delete and backup controls to manage local records. Clearing a draft does not delete files you already downloaded or every separately saved card or caller game. To remove all browser-held data for this site, use your browser’s site data settings after saving any backups you want to keep.
